A New Dog In Town
New dogs and old tricks. On Friday morning team GuardDog huddled at Anodyne Coffee Shop ( that's 43rd and Nicollet for those scoring at home)to ingest massive amounts of coffee and talk shop with another of America's most famous dog lovers. Her name is Diana Flynn, and she is the founder of Otis and Claude, the hippest, coolest, most stylish dog toys on the planet. She was in town to pitch her wares at a certain high-profile retailer interested in high-brow concepts like Floyd.
We swapped stories about small business, tussles with printers and how to eke out a living without being crushed by the behemoth multi-nationals. Suffice it to say, she's an inspiration to team GuardDog and we would hope that if you like our stuff you might give her stuff a try. Besides, there's nothing wrong with having not only the coolest dog in town, but the most stylish.
Here's to all the little guys with a passion for creativity, style and innovation.
Cheers,
Mike
